 Voice recognition is already part of our everyday life, without sometimes even realizing it. Like when you call your Bank Customer helpdesk, when activating Siri on your mobile or calling “OK Google” at home. It is also used sometimes to provide essential public services, like in Mexico, where senior citizens can use it to provide a telephonic proof of life and receive their pension. Powerful AI has been developed over the past few years to make sure that the system recognizes you and only you when you are talking. Voice is a very powerful biometric authentication factor and doesn’t requires any effort from the individual, unlike trying to remember a 16 digits account number.
